Lori Balue is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and founder of Aging Adventurously™.

After losing 100 pounds in her 50s and reversing prediabetes, asthma, depression, inflammation, and chronic fatigue, she now guides adults over 45 to rebuild metabolic strength and create capable, independent bodies for decades to come.

Now 63, Lori jogs half marathons, hikes National Parks (including Grand Canyon rim-to-rim), and lives medication-free — proof that midlife can be a launch point, not a decline.
